Our team of qualified counselling professionals with a range of well-respected educational backgrounds and experience are employed for their passion and their belief in the work they do with their participants. We see NDIS participants aged 2yo to 65 years old.

We have been approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to deliver supports and services to NDIS participants. This approval requires meeting specific quality and safety standards outlined in the NDIS Practice Standards.

What It Means to Be an NDIS Registered Provider

  • Registered providers must demonstrate they meet the NDIS Practice Standards, which cover areas like service delivery, safety, staffing, and record-keeping.
  • These standards are assessed through regular audits conducted by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
  • To become registered, providers apply to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and undergo a suitability assessment.
  • If successful, they receive a certificate of registration outlining the services they are registered to provide and the registration period.
  • Registered providers can offer services to all NDIS participants, including those with NDIA-managed plans.
  • Unregistered providers can only support participants who self-manage or use a plan manager.
  • Unregistered providers do not need to meet the same rigorous standards as registered providers and are not subject to the same level of audit and oversight.
  • While unregistered providers must still adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct, they are not subject to the same level of scrutiny regarding quality and safety.

(SSP) | COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY

  • Registered providers offer greater assurance of quality and safety due to the NDIS Practice Standards and ongoing audits.
  • Participants with NDIA-managed plans must use registered providers.
  • Registered providers can offer a wider range of services and support to participants with different plan management options.
