Complaints Policy & Procedures
Donna Mahoney is Principal Practitioner of Innate Therapies and registered NDIS provider committed to effectively handling any complaints made by or on behalf of NDIS participants and/or their carers/guardians/support team, and in relation to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Complaints Management and Resolution) Rules 2018.
Any person that utilises my services has the right to provide feedback or lodge a complaint and have their concerns addressed in a fair manner and with the utmost respect for their privacy.
If necessary, I will report the complaint to the NDIS Commission in a timely manner to ensure a speedy resolution for all parties.
To lodge a complaint, the participant or their representative may notify me in writing either by:

Once a complaint is received, it will be recorded in the Innate Therapies Complaints Register.
All parties to the complaint will be contacted and further information obtained in regard to the complaint.
At all times, all parties, are to be treated respectfully and fairly and will communicate with each other in a timely manner, with the aim of achieving a satisfactory resolution to the complaint.
