A self-esteem program for girls who have been identified as needing support and understanding around embracing who they are. Girl Power is a fun and engaging program that uses various methods of therapeutic interventions to help build and sustain their self-esteem.
Taming the Dragon
Is for children who have been identified as needing support and tools in managing their anger. Taming the Dragon is an anger awareness program that uses various methods of therapeutic interventions. The program is delivered in a fun and engaging way to help children better manage their anger and frustrations.
Taking Charge of Anxiety
Is a program for children who have been identified as experiencing ongoing Anxiety. This program is delivered using various methods of therapeutic interventions. It teaches children how to identify when they are starting to feel anxious and it gives them tools that they can use to decrease the sensations felt within their body.
Grief and Loss
Is a helpful program for children who have experienced loss in their lives and are finding it difficult to move through the grief. This program teaches children that it is ok to feel sad and it gives them tools to use to help them come to terms and move through the grief they are experiencing. This program is delivered through various methods of therapeutic interventions.
Building Resiliency in Kids
When things go wrong, resilience is what helps kids cope and get through their difficulties. This is a six-week program designed to assist your child to build their inner resources and become more resilient to life’s ups and downs. Building Resiliency in Kids is a fun and engaging program using various methods of therapeutic interventions to set your child up for life to navigate life’s ups and downs.
Social Skills for Kids
A program for children who have been identified as needing a helping hand with their Social Skills. The facilitators work alongside the children providing guidance, encouragement, and support to enhance their social skills to provide tools and assist them in feeling more confident when interacting with their peers. This fun and engaging program uses various methods of therapeutic interventions.
A program for children who have been identified as having low self-esteem and in need of assistance in identifying their strengths and accepting who they are. The facilitators work alongside the children providing guidance, encouragement, and support to enhance their sense of self and assist them to recognise their strengths within and gain acceptance of who they are.
Women who Shine
Is a self-awareness program for women. We create a space for women to honour who they are and the women who came before them. This is a beautiful program with lots or sharing and new learnings.
Art Therapy program
Is an eight-week art therapy program for men and women who want to explore their past, present and future. This program raises awareness of what is holding you back, and helping you to let go to ensure that you do not take it into your future.
Topics of interest for parents. This is a 2-hour workshop for parents who have a specific topic of concern/interest.
Raising awareness around Sexual Abuse of Children
Is an information session for parents on how they can incorporate protective behaviours into their children’s lives through every day interaction.
Rebalancing Life – Stress Management program
